Confidence They Need to Return to Work

The dedicated physical and occupational therapists at our Return to Work Program, and occupational therapy programs, deliver a continuum of care that gets results.

We perform functional capacity evaluations measuring a workers' abilities to perform the job based on the current job description. The worker participates in structured rehabilitation, including intense reconditioning and body-retraining, performing real job activities.

We also train workers in the East Bay area on new ways to perform their jobs so they can be safer and stay injury free.
