Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation (SEBMF) is part of Sutter Health, one of the nation’s leading not-for-profit networks of community based health care providers. SEBMF in partnership with East Bay Physicians Medical Group (EBPMG) is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the East Bay community it serves. SEBMF and EBPMG operate over 20 care center locations with a diverse array of medical specialties as well as support Hospitalist programs at four medical centers.

SEBMF allows EBPMG physicians to be physicians. Since the inception of SEBMF and EBPMG in October 2005, we have seen exponential growth and jointly employ over 250 employees.

As a Sutter Health Affiliate, Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation is committed to investing in innovative technologies and replacing and rebuilding healthcare facilities for patient safety and improved delivery of care. Since the inception of SEBMF in 2005, we have grown to over 20 locations and continue to consider opening new locations and specialties to provide greater access for our patients.

As part of our patient initiative and commitment to innovative technologies, we implemented Sutter Health's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. EHR will help us further improve clinical outcomes, enhance patient safety and reduce the cost of high-quality care.
